Warranty
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
My Wellness Brothers warrants your cutlery to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. Any piece or component found defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not apply to commercial use. Proof of purchase is required.*
FULL LIFETIME HAZARD WARRANTY
If destroyed by fire, flood, storm, earthquake, misuse, neglect, accident, malfunction, or altered in any such way that its performance is affected, your product will be replaced for 1/2 of the current retail purchase price plus S/H and processing fee. Proof of loss must be submitted within sixty (60) days of occurrence.*
My Wellness Brothers knives will remain sharp for many years if cared for properly. However, after extended use, they may need to be factory sharpened. In addition to sharpening the edges, our craftsmen will clean and polish the handle. This service is free of charge; however, there will be a nominal S/H and processing fee.*
- For 1 - 3 knives: $6.00
- For 4 or more knives: $10.00 (10 knives max.)
- International shipments may incur additional shipping charges. All funds are in US currency.
Note: Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for the servicing and return of your cutlery. Be sure to safely pack your cutlery for shipping and ship prepaid.
