My Wellness Brothers warrants your system to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. Any piece or component found defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not apply to commercial use. Proof of purchase is required.*


WARRANTY COVERAGE:

  • FULL 30-DAY WARRANTY: All installation kits.
  • 2-YEAR WARRANTY: Whole House WH-250 Housing (excluding cartridges, media, and installation kits).
  • 3-YEAR WARRANTY: Soft N’ Clean Media for SS Shower Filter (After 3 years, please contact your local distributor or our Customer Service Department for the “Media Replacement” procedure).
  • 4-YEAR WARRANTY: Ultra Tech SS500/750 Housing (excluding cartridges, media, and installation kits).
  • 10-YEAR WARRANTY: Penguin/Universal/Econoline Housings (excluding cartridges and installation kits).
  • LIFETIME WARRANTY: 10” Stainless Steel, 15” Standard, 20” Plus Housings, and Soft N’ Clean SS Shower Filter Housing (excluding cartridges, media, and installation kits).**


WATER FILTER CARTRIDGE WARRANTY


Cartridges are warranted for 1 year on a prorated basis from the purchase date. If a replacement is needed earlier than one year, for any reason, there is a minimum charge of 25% (3 months usage) of the current retail purchase price of the cartridge. After that, your cartridge is prorated at 1/12 its current replacement cost for each month of use beyond three, plus S/H and processing fee.*


FULL LIFETIME HAZARD WARRANTY


If destroyed by fire, flood, storm, earthquake, misuse, neglect, accident, malfunction, or altered in any such way that its performance is affected, your product will be replaced for 1/2 of the current retail purchase price plus S/H and processing fee. Proof of loss must be submitted within sixty (60) days of occurrence.*


Whole house housings are not warranted against freezing, and in no event will My Wellness Brothers be liable for damages incurred as a result of improper installation and/or removal. We recommend that all installations and removals be completed by a licensed and insured plumber.


We recommend replacing o-rings annually. All o-rings, fittings, etc., require a $5.00 shipping, handling, and processing fee for each individual item. International shipments may incur additional shipping charges. All funds are in US currency.
